Phaedrus
What if you had an online sanctuary, a place that you could visit daily without straying too far from your home, your workplace, your family, your favourite restaurant or cafe - a retreat that was accessible, affordable and powerful? A retreat that could be readily integrated and with just a few minutes a day become your daily mindfulness practice.
“Digital art and objects can help modulate the mood in your home” (John Pullen, 2016)
