Come to your senses (part 1)

Pause for a moment.

Notice your breathing. Gently exhale.

Pay attention to the feeling of the chair you are sitting on, or the ground you are standing on.

Soften your focus. Unclench your fists.

Now ask yourself: what is this before me?
