Letting go (part one)

When I enter the metascape, I regularly enter through the portal of a digital canvas. I enter in so many ways.

“When I enter the metascape, I regularly enter through the portal of a digital canvas. It sounds so sci-fi to say it like that (Terence McKenna would have approved). I enter in so many ways…

like a limp body falling down a well on a moonless night

like a bubble dancing toward a surface of brightness

like water cascading over an edge of unknown height

like a mad rush for shelter in a hailstorm

like crashing into bed after a day of manual labour

like a disciple sitting humbly at a master’s feet.”

The effort of the artist is that of stepping out of the way…of remaining at the open-end…
